“This iconic 5 star hotel boasts a legacy of unmatched sophistication and privacy in the heart of Manhattan's Upper East Side. Art Deco elegance with a modern flair - reminiscent of New York's golden era. Highlights include the storied Bemelmans Bar & Café Carlyle. Classic New York luxury in spades.”

Hotel review

The Carlyle, a bastion of Upper East Side sophistication, is as enchanting as it is legendary. With its impeccable service and distinctive dining, it's a world unto itself. My favourite retreat is the Central Park View Suite, offering mesmerising vistas of the park's lush expanse and Manhattan's skyline. It's not just a room; it's a window to the heart of New York.

Dining at Dowling's is a journey through New York's culinary heritage, with Executive Chef Sylvain Delpique's menu a testament to timeless favourites. The standout dish, a delectably innovative take on classic American cuisine, leaves an indelible mark on the palate.

Café Carlyle remains a jewel in The Carlyle's crown, blending supper club cabaret with a roster of modern-day acts. The intimate setting, enhanced by Marcel Vertès' murals, offers an unparalleled cabaret experience.
