Adding to this allure, The Old Markets debuted the Agora Restaurant in 2023 to its rooftop. Open to both guests and non-residents, Agora is helmed by a Michelin-trained chef and team offering an exceptional dining experience with a menu inspired by the island’s freshest produce and Mediterranean flavours.
