As much as possible comes from Serai’s own organic vegetable garden, and every dish on its small but perfectly formed menu is utterly delicious. Everything from crunchy salads to Australian lamb, as well as a traditional Rajasthani thali. Four spa tents allow for total relaxation, and you simply must experience sunset on the dunes. A magical experience, watching the Thar Desert change from golden, to orange, to pink, atop your trusty two-humped steed. Round off the day with a champagne toast.
