Talking of Paris, the famously hip Hotel Costes (where I was once ushered in by a receptionist with a bare midriff and a diamond in her belly button) is coming to London: though details are shrouded in secrecy, the Cadogan Estate has announced the arrival of Costes Chelsea in 2017.
