Hotel review

Sophisticated yet authentic hotel surrounded by rolling hills and 13 hectares estate gardens, farm and orange groves. Enjoy natural but palpable luxury with effortless style and charm. The much-photographed turquoise infinity pool, terrace for alfresco breakfasts and the open-air spa in the vegetable garden are all delightful. Local products and produce are showcased in the shop and elegant restaurant. The 300 year old finca itself is spacious with many of the rooms, some with their own fireplace and terrace, feeling like their own mini apartment. The building and design stays true to the several-hundred-year-old family farm history while being very much 21st-century Ibizan chic. It is easy to spend several days in this memorable place without leaving, enjoying the spa, eating at the restaurant, relaxing by the pool and walking among fig, palm and pine trees, yet the beaches and the rest of the island are easily accessible.
