Full marks for the pretty waterfront location, the fabulous food in Jean Sulpice's gourmet restaurant and the excellent service. The Inn has a long tradition of fine food and many rich and famous people have stayed here in the past. You can chill by the lake or take part in a whole range of exciting activities offsite - from walking to rafting and from caving to paragliding. There's a nature reserve close by and bikes can be borrowed from the hotel.

The guestbook at this mythical address on Lake Annecy’s eastern shore is A-lister material. The four-star property sits snug in the chic, picture-postcard port of Talloires and has seduced the rich and famous with its sumptuous rooms, elegant waterfront gardens and outstanding gastronomy since 1903.
