Newly opened Son Ametler is the sister property to the highly recommended Finca Es Castell. The emphasis here is on top notch yet unobtrusive service, creating an atmosphere of total peace and quiet in the foothills of the Sierra de Tramuntana. The 13 bedrooms are simple but stylishly decorated and all are light and airy. Book one of the four with a balcony and enjoy stunning views over the Mallorcan countryside. A four course set dinner is offered three times a week, breakfast is included and the kitchen offers a wide selection of treats throughout the day with many of the ingredients used, being grown on the estate.
