It’s ideally located a stones throw from the station and offers exceptional food in the 5&33 restaurant attached. Which are your most popular room types, and why? Our most popular room type is the Iconic view room facing the Central Station canal. It gives you this typical Amsterdam feeling experiencing a great buzz of all the people arriving at the Central Station heading towards their destination. What is there to do in the area? art’otel amsterdam is perfectly placed for the city’s finest attractions, including Madame Tussauds, Rijksmuseum, EYE Film Institute Netherlands, the Anne Frank House, and the Westergas and Jordaan areas. It is also conveniently located close to 9 Straatjes (9 streets) shopping area for all your shopping needs. What kind of breakfast do you offer? Breakfast is a selection of blended smoothies and juices made from pulped whole fruits, wheatgrass and spirulina. Homemade granola and honey, caramelized figs on homemade walnut bread with crème fraîche, poached eggs on avocado and rye, and fluffy French toast with wild berries will satisfy foodies. Eggs any style, from omelets to Benedict, as well as cold cuts and Italian cheeses, are also available, along with freshly baked croissants and pastries. Do you offer other meals? And can you recommend good places to eat out locally? 5&33’s restaurant offers an all-day Mediterranean menu inspired by the Venetian cicchetti – or small plates – style of eating. Dishes are simple but elegant and colourful, with flavours influenced by the wider Mediterranean, from the Levant to Spain. The menu has been designed by Head Chef Mattia Pedroni and Chef Daniele Pampagnin, both of whom bring their culinary expertise from previous roles within the prestigious Soho House Group where they worked together for many years. 5&33’s bar serves a wide choice of cocktails, hand-selected craft beers, a range of wines served by the glass including several by small, independent producers and select spirits. The bar also hosts guest DJs spinning live tracks on weekends and one-off events. What facilities do you have for children and can you fit extra beds in your rooms ?
