Hotel Review
Old school elegance and service can be enjoyed at this grand old hotel situated directly on the waterfront outside Palma. The main Palace Building, dates from 1949. You can almost picture Cary Grant propping up the pool bar or Grace Kelly wafting past in headscarf and shades to take a seat at one of the terrace tables. With 29 comfortably contemporary suites, some with stunning sea views, guests get to fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing onto the rocks - either in bed or on a sun lounger. A leafy walkway leads to the Natura Building a modern annexe designed by architect Xavier Claramunt where a further 22 rooms, each with terrace and zen pool, offer a totally different vibe and attract a younger crowd who like the exposed stone walls, hi tech details and adjacent spa. Innovative breakfasts are laid out with a huge array of choice, from smoothies to petit fours, alongside champagne and served by attentive staff who know guests by name.
