Independently owned by the same family for over 40 years, Flemings was originally converted from thirteen Georgian townhouses and first opened its doors as a hotel in 1851. Discreetly tucked down Half Moon Street, close to Green Park, this boutique hotel makes for an ideal location for walking to West End theatres, cinemas, shops and restaurants. However, for those who don't want to venture out, you will not be disappointed by the in-house Ormer restaurant. Executive Chef Sofian Msetfi’s exquisitely crafted food won him a Michelin star. Produce is grown in the hotel’s own garden outside London and incorporated into the innovative cuisine. The meticulously presented 5-course tasting menu is a sensory voyage complemented by wines picked by the sommelier.
Staff are exceptional, both knowledgeable and impeccably trained, to intuit exactly how to look after guests, from greeting them at the door to whisking them to afternoon tea served in the Drawing Room or a cocktail in the atmospheric Manetta Bar.
Rooms are neutral yet elegant with bespoke furniture, Sycamore cabinetry and velvet furnishings that add plushness. A separate townhouse hosts up to 15 people which is perfect for groups or families wishing to stay together.
