- Corte dei Francesi is an elegant stone building beautifully converted into a stylish hotel by a great architectural imagination and plenty of glass! The beautiful pale stone building, with its dramatically vaulted ceilings and worn flagstone floors looks too regal to be a tannery, however that’s what was in a previous life. Now the ten rooms and suites have large, contemporary bathrooms, great layouts, and art to contrast with the original stone. The building also houses a museum and exhibition space, and there’s a sunny breakfast terrace, and bar for guests.
