Because rooms are very quiet, comfortable for business people (reading chair, not the biggest rooms, desk, rain shower, clean and sharp. Patio standard rooms for tourists because cheapest rooms and unique compared to other standard rooms of chain hotels. What facilities do you have for children and can you fit extra beds in your rooms ? No extra facilities for children.
