This all-singing, all-dancing luxury hotel in Knightsbridge, London, boasts breathtaking views of the Royal Park. Surrounded by some of London’s most iconic landmarks and within walking distance of Harrods, Harvey Nichols and Sloane Street (with the tube just across the road) Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park is the perfect base from which to explore the buzzing capital.

The hotel has re-opened after an extensive renovation and many of the 181 rooms and suites have been re-styled and designed under the immaculate eye of designer Joyce Wang resulting in chic, contemporary and timeless interiors. Beautiful works of art and art deco furniture add to the elegant ambience.

Although there are plenty of restaurants within a stone’s throw of the hotel, it has three of its own, one boasting two Michelin stars as well as a sophisticated bar.

After a day’s exploring and shopping (London’s most famous attractions are within easy walking distance), head to the extensively restored and enlarged Spa at Mandarin Oriental, where you can restore your mind, body and soul. There are plenty of holistic and beauty treatments to choose from including Gua Sha facials and Chinese medicine. In addition to the 13 treatment rooms there’s a Pilates studio, gym, and indoor pool.

Great location, fantastic food and wonderful spa, topped off with amazing service. Luxury at its finest.
