Dominating the seafront of Talamanca Beach, this modern complex is a short stroll from Marina Botafoch and Ibiza’s old town. Passing through the entrance and glossy reception, the spacious lateral view spans directly out to the main adults-only pool and ocean beyond. Everything you could wish for is on site: a smaller pool for families with Balinese beds, a kid’s club, Six Senses spa, hair & nail salon, chic boutique selling artisanal designs, rooftop terrace and fitness centre.  For sustenance, there’s a personalised juice bar with refreshing smoothies and chiringuito café serving generous breakfasts and snack lunches. Nobu Restaurant, the key player, serves their signature Japanese fusion dishes such as rock shrimp tempura and the now-iconic black cod miso. The multi-course tasting menu is unmissable, complemented by spicy cocktails, an extensive wine list and impressive selection of sake.  Bedrooms - 152 in total - combine the group’s slick contemporary design and neutral palette, with sea views and comfort. There’s a choice of balcony or terrace, hot tub and private pool. Staff are mostly exceptionally friendly and attentive.
