Hotel Review
With its location, overlooking a vast estuary leading to beautiful Blakeney Point, you might assume the panoramic view to be the star of the show at this traditional hotel abounding in old-fashioned country charm. Once inside however, a host of attractions vie for the limelight: superb food (hearty fare, exquisitely presented), cosy, light-filled bedrooms (many with estuary views, some with private garden/balcony) and a sense of space and tranquillity that makes it hard to believe there are as many as 64 rooms. First-rate staff and a fabulous indoor heated pool complete the picture at this rural retreat, ideally located for walkers.

The cool hotel guide
