The Old Courthouse Inn is steeped with Jersey seafaring history and the ancient granite rooms that have become part of the hotel include the Judge's Chamber (now a private dining room) and the courtroom itself (the restaurant). The boutique bedrooms are characterful with old-fashioned dial phones and retro radios and some have lovely views over the marina below. Breakfast is plentiful and the pub downstairs is a great place to indulge in a leisurely seafood platter on a sunny day. Alternatively enjoy more sophisticated dishes in the restaurant – such as scallops with pancetta and celeriac purée or sea bass with ricotta gnocchi and crab ceviche.

A smart inn with rooms on the edge of picturesque St Aubin’s harbour in one of Jersey’s historic granite buildings. Unique features include a bar with a well, an internal 17th-century staircase and a dungeon. Good-value food, late bar and super-comfy beds makes it popular with couples.
