On a south-facing hilltop in the centre of the island stands Cas Gasi – a luxury country house hotel complete with thick white walls, 12 rooms and suites, and traditional Ibizan juniper wood ceilings. Set in four hectares of land, there’s plenty here for all ages; dip into one of the hotel’s two pools; wander through its colourful gardens; set sail aboard the hotel’s private 50ft yacht; and enjoy treatments, such as a hot stone massage, or a yoga session at the spa and gym. Producing olive oil, drawing water from its own well and recycling all waste, Cas Gasi is eco-friendly in everything it does, including the restaurant, where you’ll enjoy mouth-watering Mediterranean cuisine including organic fruit and vegetables from the hotel’s gardens.

There is much to discover at Cas Gasi, which is not obvious but visible in plenty of details. Our approach to guests is not academic, rather personal and genuine. What is there to do in the area? Yoga, walks, jogging, horseback riding, swimming, tennis, spa treatments, sailing, movie screening What kind of breakfast do you offer? Breakfast buffet with fresh eggs from our own free range hen, made to the liking. Freshly made breads and pastries, homemade cakes and marmelades, daily fresh original Bircher Muesli, local produce, our organic fruits and vegetables. Yogurts, cereals, cheese and meats etc.etc. Room service at no extra cost. We attend special dietary requests. Do you offer other meals? And can you recommend good places to eat out locally? We have a private restaurant as a service only for our guests, with an extensive menu to choose from plus daily suggestions, lunch and dinner. Within reach we have some of the very best restaurants on the island. If you need a name, we always suggest Macao in Santa Gertrudis, La Paloma in San Lorenzo, premium fish restaurants Cala Jundal and many others Which are your most popular room types, and why? Our two Deluxe Suites well known and sought after, with around 80m2 in size, truly residential and elegant one of them and extravagant and chic the other.
