Hotel Review
The Grade II Listed Inn has been restored to its former Georgian glory by new owners Cirrus Inns, whilst retaining plenty of original features. The eight individually decorated bedrooms are situated in the main building, and our favourite would have to be No 8 - located at the rear of the property, and boasting an enormous bathroom. Design features include handmade hot water bottles for chilly nights & vintage black telephones, plus there are welcome additional extras like Bramley smellies and fresh milk for your morning tea or coffee. Downstairs the menu is fine dining - classic British comfort food delivered with a contemporary twist. The chef works with nearby suppliers to provide the best British ingredients, including local game and beef. As you'd expect from a country pub, there's some fine local ales to be had, an eclectic wine list and gin from the Cotswolds Distillery, just down the road. Breakfast is not to be missed either. The Seagrave Arms is an ideal base from which to visit the nearby gardens of Kiftsgate and Hidcote Manor, Stanway House and Snowshill Manor, walk the Cotswold Way and explore all the beauties of the North Cotswolds. It's perfect for a bucolic break.
