A beautifully converted convent hosts candle lit corridors and a solarium designed for star gazing. The pool is the centre piece; a big square of blue surrounded by white washed walls that reflect the sunlight. The bedrooms are luxurious without over decoration; big white beds and day beds for dozing away the afternoons. The restaurant uses produce from the region, and it is abundant. Worth hiring a car due to the quiet location, and to explore the nearby villages and vineyards. This hotel will ensure relaxation and it's excellent value too.
