Amy Rose spent her twenties in London, travelling often to write for various titles including Red magazine, Cosmopolitan, The Daily Express, The Handbook and Good Housekeeping. Five years as Online Editor at Comedy Central UK led her to become Senior Social Media manager at MTV UK, honing expertise in Movies, Culture, Music and Travel. Now freelance, she's swapped interviewing actors and musicians for chefs; writing on Travel and Food. She’s officially based in Lisbon, though really she lives out of a suitcase, following stories around the world. Recent travel highlights have included rhino and elephant tracking in Zululand, mushroom foraging in Finland and a two month road trip through Sicily.
